Arthur Campling was
born at Sutton on Sea in Lincolnshire attending
school at Alford and Sutton and following National
Service studied engineering at Lincoln.
He became a Chartered Engineer and was employed
for some 38 years by Ruston Gas Turbines Ltd being
appointed Chief Designer in 1978.
Arthur resides in Lincoln, is married to Phyllis
and they have two daughters and four grand children.
‘
Feelings and Fantasies’ is Arthur’s
second publication following ‘Lasting Impressions’ which
was well received. The poetry in his latest
book is delightfully variable leaving readers
amused,
emotional, often questioning or quietly enjoying
a trip down memory lane.
Included is a number of nonsense/fantasy stories
for children written in rhyme which parents and
grandparents will enjoy reading to them.
Arthur’s sole objective for the book
is for the readers to enjoy reading it.
