Doreen Hodgson was born at Low Toynton near
Horncastle, attending locla schools. She moved
to Lincoln with her family when she was 15 years
old. The majority of her working life was spent
in the Catering Trade, the last ten years prior
to retirement she was Catereing manager at Stonefield
House School in Lincoln.
Poetry has been one of her many interests together
with sugarcraft and painting. Doreen now lives
in Skellingthorpe and is marries to Bill, they
have one son and a daughter and four grandchildren.
